The water level of the St. Mary's River rises with all of the rainfall. The river is seen from the bridge on Route 5 at Great Mills. The river did not overflow it's banks at this location and flood Route 5 and nearby homes and businesses as it has done many times in the past. Thursday, 18-SEP-03.
